About Mama Wilder
Hi! I'm Emily Rose. I created Mama Wilder in 2016, after the birth of my eldest daughter when I was a single mom. In the last 9 years I've established a community of women with the common goal of sovereign motherhood. From the moment I delivered my baby girl at 22 years old, I knew I wanted motherhood to be on my terms. I've always been passionate about holistic health, home birth, and breastfeeding. My middle and third babies were born at home into my hands, and I've since become a vocal proponent of unhindered birth as a source of empowerment and healing for women. I credit my positive birth experiences with propelling me through some of the worst traumas a person can live through because birth is the closest I have ever felt to feeling the presence of God.
In 2023, I founded The Mama Wilder Foundation, a nonprofit organization that allocates cash grants to women facing domestic violence, financial hardship, and single motherhood. 10% of the sales from my apparel and accessories line The Lilith Project, goes to The Mama Wilder Foundation to support the always-growing list of women seeking resources. We have a board of directors nine women deep and we LOVE what we do. 100% of the monetization tools on my social media pages fund this nonprofit organization. That means every reel, click, and view generates dollars that go directly to women in need.
I've been invited to host educational seminars on subjects such as domestic violence in pregnancy and postpartum, and holding boundaries and prioritizing safety while dating as a single mother. I've been featured in the NY Post and Washington Examiner, and I've been a guest on numerous podcasts in the areas of women's health, financial readiness, and empowered childbirth.
I split my time between western Colorado and Northwest Arkansas with my wonderful husband and our three beautiful kids.
I am SO glad you're here!
XOXO Emily
